Vitamin D2 Injection
[Indications]
(1) For the prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency. Such as: absolute vegetarians, patients receiving parenteral nutrition, patients with pancreatic insufficiency accompanied by malabsorption syndrome, patients with hepatobiliary diseases (liver function damage, cirrhosis, obstructive jaundice), patients with small intestinal diseases (steatorrhea, localized enteritis, long-term diarrhea), and patients who have undergone gastrectomy.
(2) Used for the treatment of chronic hypocalcemia, hypophosphatemia, rickets, osteomalacia accompanied by chronic renal insufficiency, familial hypophosphatemia, and hypoparathyroidism (postoperative, idiopathic, or pseudohypoparathyroidism).
(3) Vitamin D2 can be used to treat acute, chronic, and potentially post-surgical tetany of the hands and feet, as well as idiopathic tetany of the hands and feet.
